Clarksville:  From RR-DEO to R-ED:  6166 Guilford Road (87.95 acres);  6100 Guilford Road  (1 acre); 6070 Guilford Road  (.29 acre); 12585 Guilford Road (1.09 acres) forming a  triangle  between Rt. 108 and Guilford Road, immediately  south of  and abutting the intersection of these two roads, diagonally across from St Louis Catholic Church.

Ellicott City:  From RC to R-20: majority of 7.46 acres national historic site, Shipley’s Grant  (5771 Waterloo Rd.) located  on the east side of Rt. 108 slightly north  of Snowden River  Parkway and Rt. 100 interchange, making all of property zoned R-20.

Highland-Business area: From RR-DEO to CCT (“Community Center Transition”) allowing community serving office, institutional, service & cultural facilities, “senior” housing, including nursing home & residential care facilities:  13306 Clarksville Pike, 1.01 acres located north of and adjacent to “Highland Shops” and office area in NW quadrant of Rt. 108/Rt 216 (Highland Rd) intersection.

From RR-DEO to B-1 (Business Local):  majority of 2.8 acre parcel at 13454 Clarksville Pike (west side Rt. 108  at south end of business zoned area), making the entirety of the parcel B-1.

Fulton:  From RR-DEO to R-ED/MXD-3 (with special conditions) potentially allowing residential, office, retail, commercial, and public facility/”open space”  uses:   91.25 acres at 11595 Scaggsville Road  (aka “Maple Lawn South”)  south of Rt. 216, across from the public school complex.

Elkridge: From CE-CLI (“Corridor Employment w/ “Continuing Light Industrial” overlay: intended to allow continuing use of existing warehousing/light industry buildings near Rt. 1) to TOD (Transit Oriented Development): intended for development of multi-use centers combining office and high-density residential use): Rosa Bonheur Cemetery, 7275 Washington Blvd. (0.206 acres); 7239 Washington Blvd. (7.85acres); 7281Washington Blvd. (0.49 acres); 7269 Washington Blvd. (4.32 acres); 7223 Washington Blvd. (1.27 acres); 7283 Washington Blvd. (0.143 acres).
